Seemingly final version, after a minor tweak

I looked into the game as it is now. I changed a bit about the setup... but since the last change last month nothing else.

Games are never finished but, without additional feedback, I think I would call 'hoplo-final' file represent the design at its' end. Now, to edit the game about saving some city...
