First draft of complete (?) rules

I have uploaded the initial version of the rules for my game. It's quite rough but it may explain some aspects of my game better than just the charts and player aids.

Any comments will be welcome. There is a chance that within this set of rules some discrepancies between the charts and the rulebook can be found. I will continue to look out for them and to straighten them out.
