A downloadable game

A game where the players represent different factions vying for power and prestige in the Seleucid court. Some of the courtiers will hold an office - a strategos, admiral or a chief minister, for example. Such distinguished posts bring with them certain perks, but the game is about meeting the challenges, crises, and opportunities for gaining glory through resolving them favorably… to your interests.

Do not try, however, to undermine your fellow courtiers too much, lest the terrible Romans will ultimately prevail over the dynasty and the Seleucid empire will collapse and fade into history.

This is a card driven game for 2 to 4 players, where one game should take between 30 and 40 minutes. Players gain victory through amassing Offices and Glory tokens (victory points). They still need to make sure that the kingdom will survive their squabbles, as - even though there is one victor - there are also ways for everyone to lose.

The current iterations are available in pdf files format (cards, markers) and also as an TableTop Simulator module. The latest one is available in "April" subfolder. In coming weeks, the content of both Google Drive folder and TTS module is likely to change. The "April" version is under ongoing tests and even the rulebook will not avoid further changes.
